
The Core CRM Service is a new university-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that will serve as a centralized hub for faculties and administrative units to:
- Strengthen recruitment and external relationships
- Share data securely and consistently across the institution
- Reduce duplication by replacing fragmented, department-specific tools
With core CRM capabilities, the service will address common needs across the university while providing a scalable foundation for future growth. Additional faculties and units can be onboarded more efficiently over time.
The CRM represents a significant step in UBC’s digital transformation. By unifying recruitment, engagement, and long-term relationship management on a single enterprise platform, UBC will enhance communications, elevate its global reputation, and foster innovative approaches to community engagement.
