The first phase of the project entails the replacement of the current finance look-up tool nQuery. This deliverable is expected to be completed in 2013.
Progress
December 2012, the first IT Financials UAT working group meet to view the design and functionality of the IR dashboards and look up tools.
In November 2011, a survey was sent to all nQuery users requesting their feedback. The survey included questions related to the frequency of use and satisfaction of the various nQuery search functions. The survey encouraged comments about nQuery frustrations and actively solicited suggestions for the new tool. The results of this survey along with a detailed and thorough analysis by a core group of senior Finance staff will provided the basis for the design and functionality of the new look-up tool.
